Straight answers, no jargon. If it's not here, a human reads every email.
Five measured dimensions drawn as one pentagon: skills match 30%, AI interview 30%, experience 15%, reliability 15%, communication 10%. Your resume review supplies the resume side, the verified interview supplies the rest. No mystery number — tap your score anywhere to see the same breakdown employers see.
Until you complete a verified AI interview, only your resume evidence exists — so the score shows capped rather than pretending. One interview of about 8 minutes uncaps it.
No. Only your best run counts, ever. Practise as many times as you like — a worse run changes nothing.
No. The exact same pentagon, dimension for dimension. There is no secret second score and no paid version of the truth.
The resume side of your score is measured from your actual resume — change the evidence and the measurement follows, in both directions.
Australia-wide job indexes (like Adzuna, Careerjet and Jooble) plus company careers pages, swept by our own engine. The same job on three sites is collapsed into one card — the "Also on…" line is the receipt.
That listing came straight off the employer’s own careers page — no middleman, and you apply right at the source.
Each day the radar picks your top matches and pins them for the day — the list never reshuffles under you mid-task. A fresh set lands tomorrow.
Usually one of three things: your resume hasn’t been reviewed yet (the radar matches on evidence), your filters are very narrow (try widening the radius or a title), or the exact suburb is quiet — we’ll say so honestly rather than pad the list.
Never in the live feed. If the engine is offline you’ll see a clearly-labelled demo note — an empty list beats a fake one.
Some outbound links (Careerjet’s) pay us a tiny affiliate fee per click. We disclose it on the card because the ranking neither knows nor cares — jobs are ordered by fit and date only.
No — and nobody can, whatever they claim. External sites don’t let third parties submit for you. We tailor your resume, write the letter and open the door; the actual sending is your 60 seconds.
When your resume genuinely matches a role, we pre-write a real tailored cover letter from it. Nothing sends until you review it and tap send — always your call.
Open that job’s card — the green Applied tag has an Undo right inside it.
For some jobs, one tap surfaces the person most likely behind the listing — named only when there’s real evidence, never a guess, and always marked to verify on LinkedIn. You send any message yourself; we just draft and track it.
Applied jobs move to the Applications tab on your next visit so the radar stays about what’s next. Nothing is deleted.
Never. Your resume, score and conversations are shown only to employers you choose to engage. That’s the whole policy, and it doesn’t have an asterisk.
Yes — voice, video and screen share travel directly between your two devices, end-to-end encrypted. Our servers can’t watch or listen.
Per device, and only with your say-so. Turn them on to hear the moment a match or message lands; turn them off anytime under Notifications.
You tell us once — citizen, PR, student visa, working holiday — and we use it for exactly one thing: never showing you roles you can’t legally take.
Yes — everything you create saves to your account as you go and signs in on any device. The strip at the top of your dashboard shows the live save status.
